Your life fell apart. And you got back up.
But you’re struggling to move forward.

You want to feel at home in your own body again and:

8-Week Embodied Transition Intensive

Investment: $1500

8 weeks of private Feldenkrais sessions and embodiment coaching. We work together weekly to help your nervous system settle, your body feel safe, and your mind regain clarity.

You’ll also get:

  • WhatsApp/voice note support when you need it
  • Personalised practices you can do between sessions
  • Bespoke reading and audio resources tailored to where you are

I’ve been coaching people since 2019. I’ve navigated my own crises (grief, loss, trauma) over the past two decades. I know what it’s like when your body won’t cooperate with your mind. That’s why I do this work.

Does this sound like you? Let’s talk.

Not sure if you’re ready for the intensive? Start here.

Try a single session: $115

One 55-minute private session. Experience this work and see if it’s right for you. Good for addressing a specific issue or getting a feel for how we work together.

Build momentum: 3 sessions for $315

Three sessions over 3-4 weeks. Enough time to address tension, pain, or feeling stuck, and experience real change.

Sustain the shift: 10 sessions for $1000

Ten sessions to be used within four months. For people who have ‘tried everything’.

For people in group classes with me, ready for more support: Private sessions can deepen your group practice.

Clarity to make the decisions you’ve been avoiding

“Jane is a good listener and seems to have a natural ability to heal that I cannot explain. Her hands are warm and nurturing. Each session left me feeling refreshed and my body feeling better than when we started.”

“My balance isn’t what it used to be after cataract surgery last year. I felt wobbly on my feet. After our first session I was more confident going down the stairs. I also left with three simple, practical things I can use in life to make me more comfortable. And, Jane has good hands. I felt totally safe with her.”

Retired Painter

“I didn’t expect that moving differently would change how I think about my choices. How I can decide and know deeply what I need and to trust that. Her work is very effective and works on the mind as much if not more than the body… my body just responded. “

I also work with people recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or those wanting to refine their movement for performance or sport. Come learn about yourself with others.

Awareness Through Movement class setting - a group of people side-sitting on the floor with a bent elbow and hand near their chin

Come to an Awareness Through Movement lesson. This is a slow gentle manner of deconstructing your unique movement patterns and habits, so you can piece them back together with awareness and using more of yourself. You move towards increased self knowledge in this engaging head, heart hand process, which is not demonstrated but guided through words.

Online 10-week somatic course for people who are ready to move what you’ve been carrying from the body to the page. This is not a writing course as such – you don’t need to be a writer. You’ve got something inside you haven’t been able to say yet. To receive more information or ask more questions about the course, please fill in your details and message.

About Jane Hardjono

middle aged asian woman sitting on the floor. Flowers behind her.

I’ve experienced traumatic loss, carrying our middle child to full term knowing for the most part she might only live a short while. Ivy eventually died, in fact on the day before she was born. This experience taught me how to hold space for people navigating reproductive loss, infertility, and the grief of a life that looks different than they imagined. I’ve also lived for long periods in three different countries. Because of that I need to feel at home in my body first, before a new land can feel like home.

Accepting that loss is part of life, understanding the nature of change and suffering, being able to progress in life, and learning to do that through movement, has been such a rewarding experience for me that I wanted to bring back an ease of being in one’s body to other people.

I am a certified Embodiment Coach (Embodiment Unlimited), Transformational Life Coach (NZ Life Coaching) and Feldenkrais practitioner (New Zealand Feldenkrais Guild) and Somatic Writing Coach. I run group lessons throughout Christchurch and online, and provide coaching sessions and individual movement treatments to individuals.
